Registering new domain name

Hi Guys, a company in the UK wants me to act as an agent for them. Can I register a new domain name for e-mail purposes. For example UKcompany.co.uk , and I regsiter it in SA as UKcompany.co.za.

What needs to be done to do this?

Just register the two domains and point them to the same hosting provider by means of Name Servers. Or, if you want to stay separate, register the domain UKcompany.co.za with a local South African provider and setup email accounts. For only email, I recommend Afrihost/Domaincheap/Hostcow hosting.

Yup. Point the .co.za domain to the international site: http://www.afrihost.com/site/product/domain_pointing?src=website_nav

And then get your .co.za email: http://www.afrihost.com/site/product/domain_email?src=website_nav

Do NOT use HostCow they are crooks, take your money and let your domains expire, no replies on queries and no phone answering. Stay away!
