What's involved? Has anyone been through this? Are there major legal implications or hassles? I do understand that it's not straight forward, I just wondered if there are any issues that anyone is aware of with doing this.

In a nutshell, I'd like to offer hosting to foreign and local NGOs and make use of certain tools at considerably reduced cost available to not for profits. I'm not looking to use this for income generation.

Not up to speed on the topic but check out the latest budget speech.

It was mentioned that not for profit companies were no longer required to distribute 75% of their funds each year meaning that they could hold onto more funds for longer, something like that iirc.
