Registry: XP Icon text transparency

My work has a policy implemented on all PC's that automatically defaults all desktop icon text to have a blue background.

I've already figured out how to change the wallpaper via the registry, but does anyone know of the reg key to change my text background back to transparent?

Try changing:

ListviewShadow
REG_DWORD = 0x00000001 (1)

reboot.
