They are a good side I rate..but not CONSISTENT

Its really a simple process.

1.Get rid of Smith as Captain in all formats. What has he done in the 7 years at the helm? Perhaps he could captain tests(My pick is Botha)
2. Select 3 Squads for each format of the game.
3. Develop the skills in each squad necessary for their specialized format.
4. Get a tactical genius to make it all stick togethere
