Relaxed cap impact on 2 gig.

Are people who select 2 gig cap placed in a different usage pool from those selecting 3 gig cap.

Was asked this question by a friend who wanted to know if 2 gig account could theoretically pull down more than 3 gig.

I told him that I think it is all pot-luck. Anyone know the answer?

I've used both 2GB and 3GB Telkom Internet accounts, so I speak from experience when I say it's completely random the amount of data over 2/3GB you can transfer.

AFAIK yes. When you're capped in either pool is pretty much pot luck.

Its mostly luck of the draw.. But most ppl pull over 5gig anyway...

thank goodness.i thought this thread was gonna say 2 gig is capped at 2 gig.

can i ask.will telkom ever stop this 'uncapped' internet?

yeah - and i love that edge im sorry if its bad but having 'uncapped' internet is awesome.

but my comments might change - ive got 500 megs left and im gonna hit that cap soon so il see if im 'uncapped'.
