This movie was undoubtedly enjoyable but usually with this genre/plot there's plot holes.

For someone who's so careful it doesn't make sense Ash didn't investigate Sarah and the fake company she set up with her team to lure him.
Also her teams behavior at the airport would not happen if the "audience" wasn't watching to set up the inevitable twist.

As soon as the twist happened I stopped trying to think about it and just accepted it. Felt like very little before that made sense. End was lazy. They wove this cool cat & mouse thing and the idea of using the relay centre was cool (kept expecting an operator to make a wtf face but no...straight faces every call) but in the end it devolved into some running away and cops arriving & felt like all that setup didn't really matter much.
