[RELEASE] DStv Now KODI Add-on

Ok, thanks. Maybe more related to me using it on a pc in Ubuntu. That's always been a headache.

I didn't test on ubuntu yet but on Android tv box, Android phone and windows works well.

Still have that antipiracy watermark on the top left though

Is that what it is? I've been wondering for months what the thing in the corner is

I have a strange issue: Channel 144 (Kyknet) battles to start streaming. All other channels start on first play selection. 144 takes 3 or 4 play attempts to get it streaming. It then streams without any buffering or quality issues. Just to get it start streaming is the issue. Raspberry Pi 3b with latest Openelec. Also does it on my PC (Kodi). Using the mobile app or the web, it does not have issues. Could it be that 144 is so popular and because of the number of people streaming it? Anything setting that I can adjust?

Haven't tried this in a while so it's working again. Anybody on a mi box / stick can confirm its working on their device?

This is a general problem for me on all channels. Running on two different (cheap - allwinner cpu chipsets) android tv boxes with Android tv.
I have had that I have to click a channel up to 8 times to get it started. But also using this addon as a daily driver.

Not good news... :(:(:(

AI believes it's a fact that Multichoice have decided NEVER AGAIN to allow DStv's DRM-protected streaming on open source platforms, so good bye Linux usage and things like Kodi access.

However... there is always a way (sometimes :p ). For instance, I access it on my Linux PC by having an unregistered copy of Windoze in a virtual box in Ubuntu.
(Better than a dual boot hassle)
