If you click on the original CIA link you'll be able to read the FOIA document on Mandela corrected spelling and all- but names blacked out to protect the Analyst Desk Jockey's identity.

Edit: Not sure why the spelling on them is up to ****, looks like some of the documents were fed through an automatic translater or something.

Looks like they were converted to digital format by a low-quality OCR scanner.

One of the more interesting CIA documents regarding South Africa is the one about the Vela incident.
