Reliable capped ADSL?

I need like 15-20gb ADSL for my parents. Crucially I need this to "just work"...I won't be there to catch it if things go wrong.

Telkom and Webafrica are front runners as they already have active billing accounts there.

Behavior patterns...pure http & emails at random hours...skype and light youtube during evening.

Also...opinions on WA home/business? Will Home be sufficient?

Telkom's softcap seems appealing in terms of "just works" though I guess WA auto topup would also work.

Home capped is fine. No need for business uncapped. IS probably is the best backbone to be on.
