Reliable low latency satellite internet?

Are there any reliable low latency satellite internet solutions available thes days?

My parents live in an area where there are no land lines or proper cellphone coverages. Im looking for a solution for them.

Please help.

I tried VOX before but they couldn't sell me a plain Internet access service. It got overly complicated with all kinds of add-ons I didn't need. Hope you fare better but they are out of the question for me.

I also engaged with Maxwell who on the whole seemed reasonable and pretty straight forward. They already do VSAT for a client up in Mozambique and I know of another company who is very happy with them.

Low Latency on VSAT? I hope you are expecting 600-800ms region to be low latency in this space as that is about as low as it gets I think.
