I'm currently with Afrihost & using Frogfoot fiber but im moving to a new house in a few months & there's Vuma fiber installed.

CANCELLATION & BILLING RUN
Our normal cancellation rules apply for relocations as well. This means that if you want to schedule the cancellation for the end of the month, you need to do it BEFORE billing run starts on the 15th of the month.
We will still allow you to submit a relocation during billing run, but you will NOT be able to schedule a cancellation for the current month. You’ll only be able to schedule a cancellation for the following two months.
I've checked the relocation options on afrihost's client zone & the dates available are only March 31 or May 31, why as I need april 30th?
So my qustion is, why do I have to pay for the installation?
if I already have a fiber router cant I just plug it in into the new place once the new line is active?
