Relocating my ADSL service

Hi my fellow MyBB users

I hope you guys can help me.

So I have moved and requested that Telkom move my services to the new address.

The new address has a Telkom line connected etc but obviously Telkom need's to activate it from the central centre to work.

Now this is where your help is needed, how to I get someone from the central to do this for me??? It should take 5minutes if I can get hold of someone....

Request was done on 21 October 2016.

Are you serious about knocking on their door? I will do that if it is a possibility :)
 
Yes it actually has been pleasant dealing with Telkom in George. Originally when I requested DSL service a few years ago it took them 3 days from request date..

They not bad in EL either, faults are normally sorted out in a day or two. But when I relocated I had to wait 2 months to get an empty port. The techie still had to come out even though the line etc. had ADSL before.

Ouch... Well I did live in this exact address 2 years ago so hopefully I don't have to wait like you :(
