Durbanville is a bit far out for Beaconvale in my opinion - unless you like travelling. For that area (Parow, Goodwood) the further north of Voortrekker road the better (and more expensive it gets).

So if you look at Goodwood, then you must look at north of Milton road (Glenwood, Monte Vista and even Edgemead), as for Parow the closest to Voortrekker you must opt for is Parow North, there is also De Tyger, and Welgelegen. Panorama (close to Plattekloof) is also OK. The furthers away I will stay is close to the Tygerberg nature reserve (Plattekloof and Loevenstein) but its a bit expensive there.

Now im going to be criticised.

I personally would not live in Goodwood/Parow/Thornton or Pinelands.

It all differs person to person. Depends on travel ability, i would look at Durbanville, parts of Belliville etc

What's wrong with Pinelands?

Edit: especially since Bellville is on your preferred list

Don't be offended. I wouldn't live in all parts of Beyellville
