Relocating...

Hello,

Moving premises at the end of Dec or end of Jan.

It's in the same multi-dwelling but to a bigger house. Do I cancel and apply or relocate via the wizard in Coolzone?

Would like as little downtime as possible. The previous tenant never had fibre installed but there is a point as there are for all the houses here.

Not sure exactly but contact them asap as theres a 1 month notice period.

Yea, you're pretty screwed. Cut off time for fiber is 15 December and they open back up only the 15th Jan 2023

Confirmed only moving end of Jan so not a train smash.
