Just finished a run of Need for Speed Shift 2 and feeling immensely proud of my self after taking a Corvette Z06 to a podium finish. So quickly to myBB to find a Need for Shift to post my great achievement and share the feeling. However, I stumbled upon the Crysis 2 thread and remembered being in there before I bought that game... the whining in there was incredible. Words like console port, cr**p, no DX11, not worthy of predecessor shall I go on.
Well, I got it anyway and all I know is those aliens do not know DX11, they just want you dead. I emerged victorious on the highest difficulty an it was awesome and all in all great fun. Next time I will take all input with a teaspoon of salt and does it really matter console port, DX1, DX2 or 11, a good game is a good game.
I too have a machine over-clocked to high heaven, two temperature monitor programs, fan control thingis amongst other toys. So what if usage is only 50% and graphics stress is 1%, in the end ...
