ReMo - Really useful mobile technology

Sounds very useful. Could not try it out, as it doesn't support the Blackberry Storm. Major obstacle for Spescom is that potential clients might not be ready yet to have recordings of conversations hosted outside their own organisation.
 
But why? You could do that yourself on most phones? Much more secure than trusting another company with all your private business. . .

Yes, some phones do, but you have to connect your phone to a PC with cable/bluetooth. This solution uploads in the background and does not demand that you keep it in mind all the time. Also, tamper detection and security is very important if you need to use it for serious reasons, like evidence for dispute resolution.
