Anyone acctually know how to tell someone who dosnt even know what DNS is to set up two computers (using Radmin) to see each other and one to control the other???

I'd say give Hamachi a whirl: it automagically takes care of all that pesky finding-each-other business and, with that taken care of, all you'd need to do is feed the Hamachi IP into RAdmin and (hopefully) you're good to go!
 
How the hell does that work???

so i install hamachi (both Machines)
install radmin (both machines)
enter the ip you get on hamachi and go???

that easy????

so no port forwading needed (soz im new to all of this) obviously configure ur firewall duh

IIRC, the mere fact of installing Hamachi takes care of getting through your 'doze (! - you're on your own if you've got that verk4kte Norton rubbish on your systems!) firewall. From there, once both machines are live on the 'net, you can ping the Hamachi IP addresses ('s freaky if you think about it, but it works..) - and if you can ping an address, you can load same into your RAdmin connect-to dialog.

Hell, if you wanna go the whole hog you can update your HOSTS file to map that Hamachi IP to a name..!
 
Another Problem, Eish

i keep getting this error (Cant copy file C:\program files\Radmin2.2\r_server.exe to C:\WINDOWS\System32\r_server.exe) when trying to install Radmin my NOD32 Antivirus is off

Argg this is really irritating

any idea? i have also downloaded it twice, it works on other machines???

OMG It works and it freaky!!!!! just this installation prob
I managed to install it on 2 pcs but the others recject it.....
