Remote Backups

Hi

I am looking for ideas for an automated remote backup solution. I think I will be transferring about 200GB per month. What do you guys use?

I am thinking of either using local adsl accounts / VPN (Expensive? 2xLines and 2xAccount) or setting up a wireless network to an offsite location.

I'm keen on doing this as well. I need to transfer about 400Gb/month

A wireless network will probably work out cheaper as you seem to have lot o data to transfer.
