Remote desktop software

if it is for commercial use look at remote assistance inside of Windows, it does the trick.
Other options are:

- Teamviewer (we use it from some clients).
- VNC (Used for devices such as thin clients).
- N-Able which is more of an MSP product but it has awesome remote tools built in. I can access the shell, services and running processes on any machine without needing to disturb the user. I allows a live task manager looking connection which is handy when you need to work while allowing users to continue with their work.

Your OP is vague though it is hard to determine if you need a one-to-one or a one-to-many.... Anyway, there's our one-to-many options
