Remote for samsung airconditioner

So, we moved to a new house with aircon but there is no remote and has to be switched on/off using front panel. Any idea how does one go about finding its remote? Is it something one can just buy in the shops or is it something samsung aircon representative has to come and configure etc? Thanks.
