Remove previous linked device from the Xiaomi Mi Box without previous login details

I have a Xiaomi Mi Box that is still linked to a decoder and I would like to link it to a new decoder. The old decoder is not mine and I dont have access to login to it on my app. What other method or way is there to unlink the decoder from my app?

Keep using the old account until they kick you off?

If gives me the code to enter on dstv.com/tv So I cant use the old one.
I also get this error if I try and view anyting

try clearing the cache in the settings> apps>DSTV menu ?

Had the same problem on my box.
Went onto the DSTV forums and the multichoice reps reset it there. You will need to provide the MAC number of the Mibox to them and they will remove the old details from the account.
They quite efficient with the process.
