How do i rid myself of this plague?


If I click on the i it says ads by google.

Try adblock plus. It should be on the playstore.

Clear browsing an cookie cache. Install and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and then use Firefox with AD-Block Plus.

Yep. Malwarebytes and Firefox are there in the PlayStore. AD Block is available as an add-on in Firefox.
