Hi chaps

I tried the Vodacom Community website but it is slow with frequent errors and timeouts. My question is, I'd like to add a second number to the My Vodacom app to monitor balances (router) but it says that its already registered and I need to de-register it first. Any tips on how to accomplish that ?

Regards

Hi mudder

I have the same problem: trying to delink a number from my Vodacom profile. Unfortunately I can't see the answers to your question, so can you please tell me what to do.

Regards

Captain Morgan, I am not stupid and your comments are uncalled for. I went to two different Vodacom service centers, and they could not help me. In fact, they recommended that I get answers off the internet, thus I tried the broadband forum.e

So you have not called 082111 yet? No? I rest my case

For your information, I had the same issue a couple of months ago...first thing I did was to call the above number. Problem was resolved before the call was ended.

I called 082111 and ended up chatting to a robot who could not help me. He told me to call 082135, and the lady there told me to choose the "delete number" option. Well, both of us are still searching for this option.

So instead of insinuating that I am stupid, please tell me how to do it since Vodacom has been unable to help me.

Instead of removing a number, ask them to delete your entire profile. Also tell them that you have to do it online, but keep getting errors.

They will then deregister all numbers associated with the profile and finaly delete your profile.

You will then be able to register again and add the number(s) you wish.
