I am checking if they are legit, and if so, how reliable they are.

I renewed a few disks lately on the Online Natis website. R99 courier fee. I received them within 3 days. So I recommended to my father to do the same. What a fscking disaster. When you call they say that the disks have been printed and sent but they do not know by what courier or to where.

He renewed 4 disks beginning of Aug 22. On 14 Sept 22, I had to go to JHB for a few things so I thought let me see if I can collect from the RTMC offices in Waterfall. I came upon a telephone number that works and i explained my situation to them. A guy phoned me back and said i can come and collect from him.

Eventually, he mentioned that they were sent by SAPO. Anyway, I went to their offices, ques a mile long. They took me inside I found the guy and he gave me the disks.

Got home and a day later my father checked his post office mail at the office and true as fsck there they were. So now we got 2 sets. My 2c

Same here, mine took around 5 working days. They also sent a message apologising for the delay just as I was getting annoyed to calm me down.

My local Post Office is very efficient though but if there was s way I could avoid standing in a queue no matter how long I was going to take it, R99 looks like a bargain with the price of petrol these days.
