A friend of mine wants to rent her property out privatly, but wants to do credit/rental history checks on the canidates.
How would she go about doing this?

We use rentmaster - they do credit checks and rental collection every month by debit order from tenant, good experience so far. Rent promptly deposited on 1st of every month. If tenant does not pay, they handle it at no legal cost to you.
