Rental Property CPT

Item wanted (be very descriptive): Rental property 2 Bedroom, in Milnerton area or anywhere in CPT for that matter haha

Sorry template not of much use here... we are looking for a place to rent in CPT moved down from JHB this month places are so hard to find. Looking for a 2 bed place and looking to pay aroun 10k

A few points that might help:
- how long would you like to lease the property for (short term/long term)
- do you have pets?
- how many people will occupy the property (adults, children)
- you've mentioned Milnerton but then say "or anywhere in CPT". Milnerton, Gordon's Bay, Paarl and Simon's Town could all be considered "Cape Town", but are rather far from each other (though getting from Simon's Town to Gordon's Bay is quick straight forward if you have a speed boat ). Can you indicated what the geographical areas you are genuinely prepared to consider?

I don't have a property up for rental, but I just thought the above may be beneficial to you.

OP, when exactly are you moving down?

You shouldn't have too much of a problem to find a place but you will have to be quick and be ready to throw your money at the (reputable) agent in order to secure the place.

Where will you be working that you mention Milnerton?
