So our mfp are near dead and need replacing.
We are looking at rental of our new units but now we have also discovered the ability to purchase the unit and apply maintenance plans.
The other option is to buy direct from supplier.
What do you and your companies do?
This is specifically for smaller mfp. Our two big Toshiba are rental units.
