Reoccurring UTI

Hi Guys

So I have UTI, again. And I really don't want to go to the doctor so is there any over the counter medication I can get at a pharmacy and is it true that cranberry juice can help out?

My sympathies, a horrible condition.
Do you have a wee immediately after intercourse? If not, please do so, this flushes out any germpies that may have come into contact with the urethra. :o
Cranberry juice does help to a certain extent but not if the infection is too far advanced.

Try to find some d-mannose. It is a natural medication available at Link or Arrie Nel Pharmacies and very effective for acute UTIs and also for maintenance.
This is going to sound weird, but after many years of struggling with a UTI-prone cat, since giving him a small dose of d-mannose every 2nd day, he hasn't had a UTI for going on 3 years now (touch wood)

Lol my mom says I was a sick child so I guess that has come with me through the years.

The breast scans went well, the lumps weren't cancerous, so that's awesome.

Yeah usually I feel an intense feeling to pee during sex and when we're done I just want to cuddle so yeah I forget about peeing. So I think that could be my problem

That intense feeling of needing to pee usually happens when a woman is about to squirt. Next time let it out on him...

If it doesn't get better you need to see a doctor for antibiotics.
