Reorganize S2 Apps screens

I got my Galaxy S2 a week or two back, and obviously I downloaded everything I thought useful. Now I've got games strewn across pages 4 to 7 with all kinds of odds and ends in-between. I tried dragging, but that adds shortcuts to the home screen. How do I reorganize the application screens?

I downloaded GOlauncher. Find it much better than TW and you can sort your apps into folders.

There are tons of launchers but I always keep coming back to TW. It's just a lot faster than the rest.
