Repair a dead Xbox One S

Does anyone know someone that can repair a "dead" Xbox One S preferably in Jhb.
Nephew decided to wipe his console and accidently spilled a little of some liquid into it and the console was turned on.
He switched if off and when tries to switch it on it doesn't come on (i think, need to get exact info or see for myself)
Online vids show some skilled people opening consoles and getting them to work again so I thought someone on here should have done it already or am I wasting my time and should I just tell him to make it a really expensive doorstopper?
