I had my SE K810 for 3 months when I had to have the speaker replaced.
Just got it back after 3 weeks, but:
Now the volume control button is INSIDE the phone.
The number 5 key does not work.
I cannot access internet as they have changed settings.
Now I have to take it back again and be without a phone for another 3 weeks and still pay for 6 weeks without using it.
Surely they must reduce my subs. for this time as it is their stuffup.
