Does anyone know where in Johannesburg I can get a portable radio/cassette repaired? Mine is a 4 band radio with a cassette player/recorder (Omega brand) and I cannot buy another one as such radios are no longer available. A repair is therefore the only option. I do not know what the problem is but when switched on, just a grinding noise is heard. Could be that the speakers need replacing or there could just be a loose connection somewhere.[/FONT]

Search online, or on the local newspaper for electronics repair services, just don't allow yourself to be ripped off, there is nothing complicated about that radio.
