Repititions on Fox

Is it just me or has Buffy the Vampire slayer been repeated again from season 1 after getting a full run on Top.
If its true than fox sucks.
 
ya this is bad. the is nothing to watch now that i like. all on repeat or nearing to be repeated. saw fear factor season 1 repeated for the 3rd time.
 
Syndicated content WORKS that way... Ever tried watching SET on DSTV? Seasons 5-7 of Scrubs have run through, oh, I'd guess 50 times already. Reason is that 2 episodes are aired back-to-back every single weekday... So that means a single season will be run through in 2 weeks at most.

Get used to repeats! :p

Fox is not a TV channel ... it is a network. It programmes two hours of original programming a day for its affiliates, and probably 11 of the 14 hours a week are on DStv.
 
las vegas just start from season one.think unsubscribe for now.
 
I thought I was going mad when I saw the Buffy thing. I was making ready to see the big stand off between that demon thing and Buffy and then voila, Buffy's friends are in a graveyard not knowing what a vampire is...

I think I was a bit hasty in getting Top TV :mad:

We also were too hasty with TopTV. It really is not very good. It was a gamble, but I can honestly say that I do hope they get better content. Competition is needed. Switching off TopTV till December then hopefully they have more choice. I would advice against the other bouquets on TopTV and just get the R99 bundle for some news and variety.
 
I'm sure we talked about this earlier...? TopTV spokespeople said something about working to get new content all the time but that there would be repeats for a while.

Something like that anyways.
 
Catch 22.
Cancel toptv and they will never have the money for new content.
Don't cancel and they may think they can get away with old content.

I am happy with TopTV and with many of the series also happy they are starting from the beginning as I would like to watch them all from the beginning.
If however they repeat the same seasons over and over without adding new seasons I will get rid of it.
 
Repeats like this are the norm everywhere in the world. Everybody moans about DSTV showing the same stuff, and now people are moaning about TopTV repeating crap.

Its the way TV works all over the world guys. Get over it already.

Why Imagine when you can do it - I've quit the TV thing long ago. I've had a 42" LCD for 2 years and have not once connected toptv, dstv or even an aerial..
 
I tried the Bittorrent, rapidshare route on a 384k line and it worked out about the same price as dstv premium with HD but actually downloaded less than I view now, I must admit I'm loving my HD, the repeats are normal I guess as I had 600 channels in the UK, those chaps know how to repeat let me tell you.
Now at least I get sport in HD.

Get my movie fix from dstv hd or hire a blu ray for big blockbusters with effects.
And I dont have to sit in front of the pc lining up tv shows etc.
 
I think you guys should suggest content to TOPTV for TOP One.
 
After a month with Top the only thing I seem to watch now is Discovery Science.Ill have to downgrade from the full bouquet
