Lost my car disk that goes in the windshield (dont ask). All i have is my car ownership certificate. Whats the process and cost to get a new pne?

Suppose you could stand in the queue at the licencing dept and pay for a reprint?? You would probably pay a bit more than for a renewal I would think...
