I will try not to whine, but as luck would have it after having a flawless phone for 11months, I have now managed to break the screen 3 times in the past 4 weeks. The original lasted 11months, so my question is: Are the replacement screens you get from your local Pakistani outfit of the same qaulity? Or is it just my bad luck. Never really believed in getting insurance for phones but considering that I will be +R2200 out of pocket at the end of the day, insurance might be something to look at in the future. Thoughts (positive critisism) will be appreciated.

From my own experience, they are not the same quality.

I had a noticeable difference in screen brightness and the touch screen self was not as responsive to the touch as the original.

This was for a S4 about 14 months ago
