Replacing Opel Astra front bumper

Hi guys. I hope someone can help me. I bought a new bumper for my White 1994 Opel Astra 180i A/T, from a place called Freddie's in Pretoria West (I think I got ripped off, but I have the thing now so I'll have to deal with it) and now I need to figure out how to get it the right colour and how to replace the existing one that's still hanging on the car in some places.

Does anyone have any idea who I can get to replace it for me, and how much I can expect to pay for something like that, or should I rather try to do it myself? Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
