Replacing SD PVR hard drive

Can anyone tell me where i might find a guide to installing a new hdd in an SD PVR?

I see on dstv.com they say it will void your swop-out ability if you break the tamper seals. Haven't had a look at them myself to see if it's easy make it look as though it hasn't been tampered with.

Doesn't the sd pvr use IDE harddrives? Or were some made using sata? Rather expensive to get an IDE over 250gigs.
