Had a quick look. I suggest you take that link to the Gaza thread. But I will respond by saying that my stance on that issue has not wavered. Israel is denfending itself currently, and I support it. Just this morning I heard again that Flights to Israel have been cancelled due to a rocket striking close to the airport in Tel Aviv.

But yes, lets try and blame the world and Israel for Islamic terrorists blowing innocent people to pieces.

In Saudi Arabia there are no specific statutes or laws to govern by. The sole constitution that is used is the Quran, which all judges have to interpret conservatively. The difference is that in a western democracy there are checks and balances to prevent that happening. Nazi Germany and Communism showed the need for such checks. I suspect that, had Hitler won the war, he would have gone after Islam too.

As crazy as Phelps was, I could never see him or any of crazy followers strapping a bomb to themselves and blowing up a market or bus station.

The Armenian (Christian) massacres in the 19th & early 20th centuries are a byword for barbarism perpetrated by Muslims.

Every act of violence is done in the name of Islam and, where Sharia rules, there is only oppression and tyranny because those many decent, responsible, caring Muslims (and their families) face death for speaking out against violence.
