I'm testing a report scheduler created for our customers. I have some issues with the GUI though. I'll post some pics but for obvious reasons I have to keep some things classified. If anyone can think of ways to improve it please share!

Or if you have a nice idea of what might need some adding to it.

This is the main program and window you see when opening the scheduler.

This is where you set up your shedule, via email, printer or PDF

And this is where you set the time, recurring or once off.

Please keep in mind and respect the fact that this is copyrighted by the company I work for. :p

I don't like that the setting, open and close buttons are not in the same bar.
No standard menu bar at top. This is often useful for easily adding new functionality etc without having to find place for big buttons. But it may not be needed in this instance.
Also not a fan of the size of the accept and cancel buttons, they could be a bit smaller (1-2px) than the height of the grey bar they are in.
Is there a pop up asking for confirmation if a user is sure they want to cancel a job?

The person who developed this lives in his own dream world. I have to agree with you on that. I'm creating a issue about this now. Anything else you guys might want to change?
