I ported from Vodacom to Cell C on Tuesday, on wednesday I was notified that the port has completed successfully.
My problem: I have people phoning me(Cell C to Cell C) and their free SUPACHARGE minutes are not being cunsumed - rather their normal airtime! The same applies to sms's.
I reported the problem to Cell C but they told me that everything has ported successfully...
History of my Cellphone number: I was assigned my number by Virgin Mobile 5 years ago, then ported to Vodacom and now to Cell C on Tuesday. My number start with: "074 1xx xxxx".
If anyone is able to assist please?
