Lol yea, She has already said she needs an aircon. I agree, sweaty reps are a no no.

My wife has one, cheap to maintain and very light on fuel +- 15km/l in mixed city driving Joburg

A quick check on autotrader shows that all of them have AC and a 2004 model 1.3 should go for about R55000

Not really. But even if they do, if they're using my car then I know where they are all the time and weather or not they're working.

yep, but at least it's not going to give the rep problems or cost an arm and a leg for petrol.

a 5 years manufacturers warranty is also great for a car that will not be driven by it's owner.

well thats just it, I'm not going to spend that kind of money on a car I'm not driving myself.

Besides, I'll be selling the business this year and the car will go with it.

Getz - seems to be the no brainer option and they are very good cars.

Try Tata Indica or Channa Benni. Atleast they also come with a lot of extras as standard.
