I am looking for a company that is highly skilled in creating mobile apps. I have prototypes.

These companies are usually already overworked , and are looking for highly reliable well funded clients who understand the software business.

(Usually they won't take on projects under R30k or so).

Whats your budget?

You can always just pop any one of the major dev houses an email, but as mentioned earlier, it's quite expensive and they don't tend to make teams with 1 person.

Be prepared. Think of it this way, if one person takes a month to build your app, you will effectively be paying that person's salary for one month plus profit to the company so dev can become very expensive very quickly.

Are you sure you have the funds to do this? Might be cheaper to look for a freelance developer to get you started :)

I get the feeling op thinks their ideas are going to be sufficient incentive for someone to start working on it with the promise of pay / shares etc. later. Which never works. @f22raptor if you want referrals etc. you'll have to provide a bit more detail.

I asked for companies, not individuals which should tell you I am willing and ready to pay.

I can afford the development. I am worried about marketing and maintenance.

Marketing is usually your responsibility except if you want to pay for that too. But in order to not waste your money you should have done proper research and marketing plan etc etc. a mistake is expensve

I am doing my research on marketing. Of the two, marketing and maintenance the latter is what I am really worried about. Will my app crash regularly, how much will it cost to release subsequent versions, etc

This feels like one of those posts where the client is going to offer "exposure" as payment.

I don't know any developers that can also do mobile apps for SymbianOS, most of them are android or ios or a combination of the two using some middleware like React Native or Phonegap (glorified Web application)
