Request to RICA

So I have been with Voda for many years - prepaid client. Yesterday I receive an SMS to call into my nearest Voda store to RICA. Now I did the full RICA process some years ago - but not actually certain when. Also, in Nov last year I bought a mi-fi device and went through the RICA effort as well. In Jan this year, I got a sim card for my son, and did the RICA stuff again. So why the SMS?

Does Voda do RICA per sim? i.e. do they not RICA the individual and then associate the sims to such person? Seems mighty strange to me.

Imagine if your bank did RICA based on account number instead of you as a person?

Any one else experience this, or anyone have any thoughts on the matter?

Ignore, they not going to bar ur sim as they will lose revenue. Also vodacom will automatically Rica u with registered details
