Amazon is fine but there could be hectic shipping fees involved for rma returns if it's not directly from amazon.

If it is shipped by Amazon returns are handled by Amazon. RMA for me has been 100%. They send you another while they wait for the return to arrive.
Also the cost of hardware is so overpriced in SA that if you just buy a few items the shipping is amortized across the items and it is cheaper than SA.
