I cancelled my Telkom ADSL service a month ago and today when I woke up no line, no connection, no internet, exactly 30 days after I've sent in my cancellation form - can you believe it?

As I don't have fibre in my area yet, but I am in a RAIN coverage area I want to get this ASAP. I currently have a debit order with Afrihost so I'm leaning towards using them but I also understand there are currently modem shortages. What's the big difference between the B618 and B315 modem?

Which ISP would you recommend using taking the following into account? I need it asap - If I can collect it same day(JHB), it would be first prize. I want to make use of the free router option. It must be month to month with no contracts. Looking at a 55+55GB package for around R550pm.

I would not recommend RAIN it is just not reliable. The speed after 17:00 is terrible check a couple of threads everybody is complaining.

Agree , whould not recommend rain at the moment. When everything is working it is great, and great value for money, but at the moment to many network related problems!
