Reselling internet as WISP

I want to start a WISP. Suppose my licence application has been approved by ICASA. Now I have backbone internet from some ISP. Question: Do I need any other permission to resell the internet to my clients via wireless?

Your help will be highly appreciated. I have been asking around including WAPA but no replies.

If you just bought some connection from an ISP and have not communicated this when them, I am sure if they find out they will not be happy. Otherwise, not really.

At some point you will need to get your own ASN & Public IP block, without that and without a large block given to you by your upstream provider, you will have to double nat
