Reset B970 Router

Hi, wondering if anybody has some advice.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I have forgotten my password
(In the web interface, eg IP ) of my Vodafone B970 router.

There is a button on the side called reset (small, u need a needle to press it).
How long should I press it for, and will this reset the device back to factory
settings EG: password = admin ?

I don't have the manual nearby, but I seem to recall that you must hold the "reset button" in for about 20 seconds. The router will then reset and restart.

you could have just telnet'd in to the unit login : admin password : admin
(telnet passwd remains admin no matter what you set the web password)
nvram get admin_passwd
