Reset of sessions? 24 Hour Resets

Is it just be or is something wrong here?

Local Connection has reset, but TelkomInternet didnt?
Could this be an error in my readings or something?

Okay, so nobody has so far in the past couple of hours noticed their connections aren't resetting?

Telkom also had an issue on the 24 Aug where their disconnection software didnt drop the 24hr sessions. I know people who have had a solid connection since then. meaning the've got a static ip and no capping is taking place (until he manually disconnects again)
