Reset the phone but now it doesn't update

I recently reset my phone to load a new Live profile. Now I am back at 7.10 and it doesn't show any new updates available. Anyone has tips on how I can get it to update?
 
I just received an update and my phone is also now showing 7.10 (8773). Its a HTC Titan
 
My new version of win7 sucks. It does not light up when someone phones in.
