I gave 30 days notice period and for paid my normal salary for the month. I am owed 11 leave days to which my boss has agreed to. He me tells me due to cash flow I may not get paid or delayed payment. How long do I wait and what are my rights to claim what is owed ? Thanks

According to the BCEA, you must be paid within 7 days after the end of the period.

I would wait for the minimum period (7 days someone stated), before referring the dispute to the CCMA.

I want to try avoid the CCMA as with a new job I just don't have the time. What else can I do ?
